Your privacy matters to us. At LinkInList, we help sales teams automate LinkedIn outreach and track intent signals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy covers:
- ·Website visitors
- ·Prospective and current customers
- ·Authorized users of our platform
It does not cover personal data about your own leads or contacts that you collect independently using LinkInList. In that case, you are the data controller and we act as a processor on your behalf.
2. What We Collect and Why
a. Identity & Account
We collect your name, email, company, and password when you sign up. This allows us to set up and manage your account, send transactional emails, and offer support.

b. LinkedIn Account Data
When you connect a LinkedIn account, we store the credentials needed to operate your campaigns. This data is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.

c. Usage & Analytics Data
We collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) to improve our product.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
d. Billing Information
We do not store payment card data on our servers. All payments are processed by Stripe. See stripe.com/privacy.
Legal basis: Contractual necessity.
e. Campaign & Outreach Data
Messages, sequences, and contact lists you create are stored to operate the service on your behalf. You own this data. We do not use it to train AI models.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We only share data with trusted third parties required to operate our service:
- ·Supabase — database and authentication
- ·Stripe — payment processing
- ·Resend — transactional emails
- ·Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
We may disclose data if required by law or to prevent fraud.
4. LinkedIn & Third-Party Platforms
LinkInList is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn through our platform remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activity complies with LinkedIn's rules.
5. Cookies
We use:
- ·Essential cookies — for authentication and session management
- ·Analytics cookies — anonymous data to improve the product
You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time from your account settings.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We use Supabase with row-level security policies. Access to production data is restricted to essential team members only.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users without undue delay in compliance with applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- ·Delete your account and all associated data
- ·Export your data in a portable format
- ·Opt out of marketing emails at any time
- ·Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
GDPR (EEA/UK users)
You have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
CCPA (California users)
We do not sell or share personal data as defined by CCPA. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you via email and an in-app banner. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
