By using LinkInList you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. What LinkInList Is

LinkInList is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform that allows you to build campaigns, manage contacts, automate sequences, and track intent signals.

"Services" refers to the LinkInList platform, website, API, and any related tools or integrations.

2. Your Account

  • ·You must be 18 or older to use LinkInList.
  • ·You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account.
  • ·One person or legal entity may not create multiple free accounts to circumvent limits.
  • ·You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • ·Use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose
  • ·Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • ·Violate the rights of any third party
  • ·Scrape or harvest data in violation of any platform's terms
  • ·Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
  • ·Attempt to circumvent account limits or platform restrictions
  • ·Use the Services in a way that violates applicable data protection laws or marketing regulations
  • ·Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent

4. LinkedIn & Third-Party Platforms

LinkInList is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or any other third-party platform.

  • ·Your use of LinkedIn through our platform remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies.
  • ·You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activity complies with LinkedIn's terms of service.
  • ·LinkInList shall not be liable for any restriction, suspension, or termination of your LinkedIn account, or for any changes made by LinkedIn that may affect the operation of our Services.
  • ·Integrations with third-party platforms may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Use of AI

LinkInList uses AI to:

  • ·Score leads based on intent signals
  • ·Suggest personalised message templates
  • ·Generate AI voice notes

We do not use your campaign data, contacts, or messages to train our AI models or any third-party AI models. AI-generated content is a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing content before sending.

6. Payments & Billing

  • ·Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • ·Pricing is per LinkedIn account connected.
  • ·Significant pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
  • ·All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • ·Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment if you have not sent any outreach using the platform. After 7 days all sales are final.
  • ·You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

7. Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Excessive usage may lead to temporary account throttling. We will contact you in advance where possible.

We back up data and apply modern encryption and monitoring to protect your content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the LinkInList platform including logos, code, design, and copy is the exclusive property of LinkInList LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.

You own all data and content you create using the platform. By using the Services you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to operate the Services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel at any time from your account settings.

Terminated accounts will lose access to Services and all stored content within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkInList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • ·Loss of profits or revenue
  • ·Loss of data or business interruption
  • ·LinkedIn account restriction or suspension

arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email and an in-app banner for significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
